Sonderzeichen und Umlaute in der Autounattend.xml

Hier mal etwas für alle, die bei Namensangaben mit Umlauten in der Autounattend.xml Probleme haben.
Die Darstellung hat in der Codebox nicht funktioniert deshalb der Dateianhang.
Das gilt natürlich für alle XML-Dateien
