Not Found error in Portable-VirtualBox_v4.1.6-Starter_v6.4.8-Win_all.exe

If I install the latest VBox Portable It prompts for my language and folder location and completes fine. But when I go to do the next step and run vbox portable to integrate the latest virtualbox installer I get what you see in First.png. If I select no all seems to install correctly but this same message will come up every time I start portable vbox. If I select yes the message doesnt come up and I have to rerun portable-virtualbox.exe and I get what you see in second.png.
