Problems using Portable-Virtualbox (usb support)

Hi,

I'm using Portable-Virtualbox (with Xp Installed) in a external hdd usb, everything works well with that, the problem is when i connect a pendrive. Maybe this is not possible, i don't know.
If someone could tell me if there is a way of making a pendrive visible from my Virtual OS (inside the usb-hdd), i would be really thankful.

Greetings,

xBoo

I experience the same one...

The problem infact is that the Portable VirtualBox is not supplied with VirtualBox usb driver, so everyone who tries to connect anything to usb port won't see nothing but an error until the host OS will have THAT driver been installed.
So, dear creators of Portable-VirtualBox, all the progressive humanity asks you to extract the VirtualBox usb driver from original distributive of VirtualBox to a separate folder ;-)

Welcome @ German-WinLite!

xBoo, due to limitations and rules made by "Sun" we are no more allowed to include any files of Virtual Box.
All files are directly downloaded from "Sun" during setup (Virtual Box Starter).

Maybe we`ll find a solution to extract/install the driver after downloading it.
