Portable Virtual Box works only at first boot - maybe caused by wrong program exit

Hello, I am able to use portable virtual box just one time in the same windows session. If I close PVB and then relaunch, i get an error when trying to start a VM: the error says "Unable to load Kernel driver". If I reboot my PC, it works the first time, then nothing. I suspect there's some problems when closing the software: maybe it doesn't cleanup all the registries?
Any suggestions?
