Does 7/11/2010 release fix the bug

Two questions about the virtualbox.xml bug.

1. Does anyone know the 7/11/2010 release fixed the bug? I downloaded the the 7/9/2010 release, it still has the bug. The file name is the same but the date was different.

2. If I don't have virtualbox.xml-temp to recover from, is there anyway I can recreate a correct virtualbox.xml file manually?

Thanks for any help.

I really like this software just hoped it is now fixed.
